[Gvsig_english] [gvSIG Mini] Custom layer in layers.txt doesn't pan

Hi Juan Luis,

I've seen in the capabilities response of your server, that the layers 
are also served in EPSG:4326 and EPSG:900913. Try to change the 
parameters of the layer to one of those reference systems, maybe there 
is a problem with EPSG:23030.

Please, tell me if that solved the problem.
