[Gvsig_english] Query on why gvSIG CE came about

First, I do not like the name of the fork. "GvSIG Comunnity Edition" is a
confusing name, and also quite far from the idea of community
collaboration with the gvSIG.

Months ago, I said to the leaders of gvSIG-CE that this fork makes no sense.
As Jorge said, gvSIG always in the process of improving its procedures. There's
no reason to fork gvSIG.

That rules are changing now... We can suggest improvements to the way we
manage gvSIG. I do not agree with the reasons given for making a fork (this
scenario official gvSIG). We can not wait to see the changes without making
proposals. The mlist of TSC is open to debate ideas and proposals.

I would ask everyone to come closer to official gvSIG willing to work
according to some rules. Let's go to collaborate.

Regards,
Nacho V.
