[Gvsig_english] Shifting position of buttons

After a while using gvSIG, you just get used to find the button anywhere on the
bar. :-)

 But I agree with you that fix that behaviour is necessary. Good suggestions
on the screenshot Wolfgang! I would like to help on that. There is a gvSIG
Codesprint[1] on 25th March (Gerona, Spain) and maybe I can you take a look
at that.
