[Gvsig_english] Common repository for symbol definitions?

Hello Wolfgang.

Currently (v1.10) gvSIG doesn't support importing symbols so probably it 
doesn't make sense now. However, since gvSIG 2.0 will do support this 
(svg and bitmap files for point symbols as a first step), we think it'll 
be a very good idea to have a symbol repository in gvsig.org.

A second step could be something to be able to easily share gvSIG symbol 
collections.
