[Gvsig_english] Linear referencing with gvSIG carreteras extension

Hi.

Yes, I was one of the developers of this extension. This project 
includes two extensions: extDynamicSegmentation, that adds to gvSIG the 
capability to manage geometries with the M coordinate (only support for 
shape and Postgis are included). And extCarreteras, that it adds some 
functionalities to manage roads.

The first one can be installed in gvSIG and can be used like an 
independent extension. The second one needs a database with users and 
some roads. There is an script to create the database in the OSOR web site.

Last time that I used these extensions, both worked with gvSIG 1.9. I 
suppose that they also works with gvSIG 1.10.
