[Gvsig_english] WMS 1.3.0 with EPSG:4326

Dear list,

I want to use the WMS http://sdi.geoportal.gov.pl/wms_orto/wmservice.aspx?
for geocoding historical aerial photographs. Meanwhile the WMS changed the
order of axes for EPSG:4326 in accordance to WMS 1.3.0 specification and now
it cannot get it displayed anymore in gvSIG 1.10. I just see the watermark
of the WMS. It works fine in Quantum GIS, but the geocoding tool of gvSIG is
much better. Do I have to change any special settings to get it work again
with EPSG:4326?

By the way, is there a possibility to pan and/or zoom both views
simultaneously while geocoding?
