[Gvsig_english] dbf table Date format issue

Thank you guys, and apologies for the belated response. In another attempt I
linked the .dbf to a shapefile and it worked. 
@Simon: That's true, many things can be done in Open Office and probably
that's the way to go with gvSIG rather than trying to use gvSIG for table
editing.

@Wolfgang: Yes I formatted the Date columns accordingly.
