[Gvsig_english] Sextante video tutorials

Hi Wolfgang,

to produce videos in Linux you can use "gtk-RecordMyDesktop". It's 
user-friendly and we've used it for all the gvSIG videos [1]. We haven't 
recorded them with audio but I think it's easy.
