[Gvsig_english] gvSIG: what does "connect directly to" mean??

dear all,

does anybody know, whether the property "connect directly to" within the
proxy settings dialogue has been fixed in gvSIG 1.11? I would be very very
glad, if someone could send a short reply on this ;)
