Wich gvSIG version are you using?

I assume you don't have a real error but an unwanted result so there's
no need to send a log.

When you say "This doesn't occurs if the checkmark in space is not
active." do you mean that you get the desirable output? Sorry if I ask
something obvious but can't test right now you pattern and files.

I will fill a bug ticket to let my colleagues to deal with that bug.
