Hello once more,
Seems like I have another problem, can't seem to uninstall gvSIG Mobile, be it on the device itself or through ActiveSync the software is simply not listed...
Would it be okay to just remove the main folders of gvsigmobile and phoneme..?
Another question is there a open source equivalent/alternative to ActiveSync that would work with Windows Pocket PC? I've even considered installing another OS but like I said before the device is not mine, so can't mess around too much with it..!
Thanks,
Maxim

But apart from that no signal seems to be captured, no satellites listed, no data whatsoever..

The device is not my own, it's property of a foundation I work with and just trying to present to managment the possiblity of using open source both as a desktop and mobile GIS solution.
