[Gvsig_english] gvsig 1.11 and network extension

Hi Giovanni.

The trunk:

https://svn.forge.osor.eu/svn/gvsig-desktop/trunk/extensions/extGraph

You only need this project. Right click in build.xml and Run as.... | 
Ant build

Then, you can copy by hand org.gvsig.graph directory (inside 
_fwAndami/gvSIG/extensiones) to your gvSIG 1.11 path.
