[Gvsig_english] gvSIG Mini: Is there an option to center a layer loaded from my layers.txt?

Hi experts,

I'm wondering how to center & zoom onto a specific coordinate when
layer has loaded. Or after gvSIG mini came back to life.

If it is important, in my case it is a WMS layer.

Any ideas?
Or only in code?
