[Gvsig_english] Autopolygon:Bug?

Hello list,
one person of the gvSIG&Sextante UNIGIS course (http://csgis.de/joomla/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=149&Itemid=152) has reported us  a wrong behavior in gvSIG 1.11 with the tool "self-adjusting polygon" [1] (see attached screenshot). A new vertex is being added outside the polygon and creates a topological error.
I've tested myself with him several times and found the same error. It is not possible to reproduce always this bug. Sometimes the new vertex is added and sometimes not.
Is it a known bug?
