[Gvsig_english] Build error developing gvSIG 2.0

From the build log information it seems the "version" property of the
package.info file is not being parsed and is read as null.
I haven't been able to reproduce the error, but it seems there is an
uncovered case here. Maybe the package.info for the org.gvsig.coreplugin
plugin was previously generated with errors and the parser wasn't able
to load it, reading a null for the version property.
Anyway, just in case I have added a null check, so at least it doesn't
fail next time.
