[Gvsig_english] Why my WMS services won't show in gvSIG mini...

Thanks!  Changing the 1.3.0 worked on my EVO.  Still not able to add the wms
layer to my Galaxy 10.1, but that appears to be a bug related to Android
3.x, not WMS 1.3.0.  I even tried copying the layers.txt from my EVO to the
Tab and now I don't even see the layers menu at all... 

Now I just need to figure out how to get wms-c (cached tiles) to work... and
a way to cache our data (since the app gives a msg that for copywrite
reasons you can only cache OSM locally).
