[Gvsig_english] TR: add layer in gvSigMini

If the problem persist maybe clean the app cache may solve your problem.

Hi 

I'm trying to add a layer in gvsig mini by the layer.txt file i succed to
replace the file but the map don't change.

This is the version 1.2.2 i think 

This is the used stting for layers.txt file
