[Gvsig_english] GGL Geoprocessing language available in gvSIG

Hi Klaus. I guess we can provide the documentation in PDF easily. I
will take a look at it as soon as I get some spare time.

About the download problem, I'm looking for alternatives. Has anybody
else had the same problem lately?
