[Gvsig_english] Database Connection Settings window remains blank though connection is established

Hello Juan,
I apologize for the belated response, and thank you very much for your
answer. I deleted the gvSIG folder as you suggested but nothing has changed. 
Our Ubuntu system is tweaked in various ways to suit the needs of users
here, but there are no special graphic effects or GUI themes for that
matter. Anyway, it's not a major issue. Thanks again.
