[Gvsig_english] Network extension

Hi Georg.

¿Could you send the file gvSIG.log, please?.
This way we will have more information.

And I'm curious about how you will use the extension (there are changes 
in SVN that may be useful, and maybe it's worthy to do a new deploy)
