[Gvsig_english] Help select values

Hello,
 how do I select from an attribute table certain values, if the values in the column are not unique. For example 23;112;223;314 in one cell of the column. As the result the selection shows all lines with value 23. If cell values included 223;141, this line may not appear in the list of results.
