[Gvsig_english] GvSIG Build Error

hi every body 

finally i download gvSIG Project, but in building step encounters lots of
problems

first i import project as maven Existing Project to my workspace
then i encounter so many red crosses
some one relate to source code and other relate to POM File 
in pom files all of them have error in Parent element of POM File And Say:
Project build error: Non-resolvable parent POM: Could not find artifact 
 es.prodevelop:es.prodevelop.android.library:pom:1.1.1-SNAPSHOT and
'parent.relativePath' points at wrong 
 local POM

and i don't know how should i do :(
if some one help i so appreciate him,
