[Gvsig_english] Persian translation is now available for gvSIG 1.11 interface

Persian translation has been completed for gvSIG 1.11, thanks to Hamidreza Rad.

It's available at the language updates section of the website [1], to be installed on gvSIG.

To load this update, you must go to the Window-->Preferences menu, and then to the General-->Language option. Then select the "Install" option, and load the zip file downloaded.
