[Gvsig_english] pdf-printing engine will only allow format letter in gvSIG

Hi Wolfgang.

This one has been quite hard!.... but it seems I found a workaround :-)

The problem is related to Cups-PDF.ppd file. Indeed, it may happen also
with other .ppd files.

Firstable, is not a problem of gvSIG. Is a problem of JRE, that expects the
description of page sizes in one way, and stops reading if it finds
something extrange.

To solve the problem:

1.- As root, execute "sed -i 's/1224 792/792 1224/g'
/etc/cups/ppd/Cups-PDF.ppd"
2.- Restart cups: /etc/init.d/cups restart

And that's all.
