[Gvsig_english] New final version of gvSIG available: gvSIG 2.0

Dear gvSIG-team!

Thank you very much for this information. This is good news: the new version
2.0 is published. It took quite a while, but that does not matter at the
moment. We will test it as soon as possible and report about our results.
All the best for you and the project. And I discovered at ohloh.org that
there is quite some activity at the moment. Let's hope that this will
continue!
