[Gvsig_english] How to load a csv table in 2.0?

No, if I understand what is going on there since I don't read Spanish. I
am trying to use a csv file to control the color for a shape layer of the
world. The tie between them is only the name of the country. The csv
file only has a name of a country and no geometry information.
Thanks
Dan
