[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 2.0: New charts extension available

A new extension for gvSIG 2.0 that allows to work with a new type of document, the charts, has been released by the gvSIG Association. A new way to represent and analyse data in gvSIG, complementing the existing ones. The charts have a lot of utilities, and they are an easy and visual way to compare entities, distributions, tendencies, etc. 

This extension has been released as a RC1 (Release Candidate 1) in order to be tested by the wide gvSIG users community. 

For installing this plugin you have to open the Add-ons Manager in gvSIG 2.0, selecting the "By URL" option and "http://downloads.gvsig.org/download/gvsig-desktop/" (in the next days it will be available in the other gvSIG repositories). Finally you have to select the "Document: charts" package. 

With this release we continue with the continuous publishing dynamics of new features on gvSIG 2.0. Be aware of the next publishings!
