[Gvsig_english] unable to connect to WMS from gvSIG

Dear Mario,

the URL I included was given to us by one of the geoportal admins because
the following (official) link
didn't work with gvSIG (strangely enough it worked with ArcGIS on the same
computer though)
 
http://geodaten.bayern.de/ogc/ogc_dop200_oa.cgi?

In the browser I get the following response: No query information to decode.
QUERY_STRING is set, but empty

In gvSIG I get "Trying to connect" in the Add Layer dialog, but nothing
happens.
