Hello, 

you have to download the file "Topic_2_data.zip" that is uploaded at the course, and then unzip it. At the folder you will have the files to load in gvSIG from the View document. 

Are you referring to it?

Hello, in the video 2.1 titled 'load vector geographic data'. It says to
load a file in the view tab..i want to ask that where i can get files with
that supported formats? thanks.
