[Gvsig_english] gvSIG Mini: WMS GetCapabilities "Please wait" never ends

Hi,

Using gvSIG Mini 1.1.0, I'm trying to do [options button] > Maps/Layers >
Add layer... > From WMS server. When I enter the GetCapabilities URL here, I
get a "Please wait" popup with a spinning dial. Why does this never finish?

The WMS service is running locally on the same device. I'm on an Android 3.1
tablet that is not allowed an internet connection. The GetCapabilities link
works in QGlobe, for example (QGlobe shows me the available layers). The
problem also happens on my phone, with an internet connection, trying to
GetCapabilities from a remote WMS
(http://geoint.nrlssc.navy.mil/ENCServer/wms/ENC/basemap/ENC-BASEMAP?REQUEST=GetCapabilities&VERSION=1.1.1&SERVICE=WMS). 

Also, gvSIG Mini 1.2.2 has a never-ending spinner on the title screen, so I
cannot use it.
