[Gvsig_english] New extensions for gvSIG: Publishing, and legends and labels by scale

Hi all,

some posts about the new extensions that are available for gvSIG 2.1
have been published.

On one hand the publishing extension has been migrated to the 2.x
version, where users will be able to publish their maps using MapServer,
MapProxy and TinyOWS:
