[Gvsig_english] gvSIG 2.1: Italian and Bulgarian translations updates

Hi all,

in reference to the repositories for installing the language updates,
when you access to the add-ons manager you will find two similar
options. You have to select the "Official gvSIG repository for this
version" option. It includes the correct package (1.0.0-27 version).

The other similar option, the "Official gvSIG repository (frozen in this
version)" one only contains the plugins that were released in February
with the final version.
