[Gvsig_english] open projet 2.12 with 2.2

Hi. I'm afraid you won't be able to open it as both versions have
incompatibilities regarding the way they create a project. Sorry but for
the moment you'll have to build a new project for the new version (let's
hope it's not a complex one...)
