[Gvsig_english] Google Summer of Code 2015

Hi all,

Google Summer of Code (GSoC) has been announced for this year again. The 
GSoC is a global program that offers students stipends to write code for 
open source projects, and gvSIG is going to participate with new projects.

There are several ideas for possible projects on gvSIG already [1]. If 
you are interested in participating in some of the proposed projects as 
well as in new ideas you can send your proposal to the mailing list. A 
mentor will be assigned for every project in case there isn't anyone. 
And, of course, if you are interested in being a mentor of any of the 
projects you can contact us too.

The deadline is March 16th.
