[Gvsig_english] Bug in gvsig 2.1 georeferencing

Hello Sarvio,
It's a bug, that we have registered. One possible solution (if you want
to use this version of gvSIG) is to create an event layer with
checkpoints and make a georeferencing with reference cartography.
