[Gvsig_english] An assistance...

Hi Jean Paul. From your mail I see you should have downloaded this version:
http://downloads.gvsig.org/download/gvsig-desktop-testing/dists/2.3.1/builds/2501/gvSIG-desktop-2.3.1-2501-final-win-x86-standard.exe.
This one didn't work? Maybe you had problems downloading the file. Did you
also try with the portable one?
