[Gvsig_english] GVSIG 2.3 RC2

Dear Jean-Christophe,

gvSIG 2.3 RC2 is in stabilization process, and it will depend on the
time to finish it.

We plan to release it soon, and the final version in August.

We will inform about the RC2 release in order to be tested by the
community. You will be able to help us to test it.
