[Gvsig_english] GVSIG 2.3 RC2

Hello,

We are working in gvSIG 2.3 final release. Probably you're testing the 
development builds of gvSIG 2.3 and in this builds is not integrated the 
new tools of 3D View. Be patient...soon you will be able to test a build 
with extrusion integrated in gvSIG Desktop.
