[Gvsig_english] How to have JGrasstools up and running on gvSIG 2.3

Dear Surajit,
the JGrassTools package for gvSIG will be released about 2-3 months after
the final release of the gvSIG2.3.
As soon as the gvSIG2.3 is released we will test the package and after this
testing we will publish it.
