[Gvsig_english] EPSG codes for Portugal

Hi Antonio,

if you change the reference system from the "Add layer" window, does it 
work? You don't have to change it after adding it (at the "Metadata" 
tab) but when you are in the "Add layer" window, accessing to the 
"Properties" option of that window.
