[Gvsig_english] Issues with .shp files

Hi Mario

I have downloaded the portable version and placed it in a seperate folder
with no spaces and still have the same issue. I am using windows 10 I
noticed that the gvSIG is really only compatible with version 8 and below,
is there a windows 10 version available?
