[Gvsig_english] GvSig connection to Access Database

Hello!

I am having some trouble with creating an event layer in gvSig while
working in EPSG 4326. To create an the layer I need to introduce the
coordinates in the table, but the program does not recognize them. I think
it requires latitude and longitude in the form of DMS (degrees, minutes,
seconds). Could you please give me an example on how the coordinates should
be introduced in the CVS file? I have watched several tutorials on the
gvSig blog, but everything seems to be in UTM.
