Hi Jean Paul,

gvSIG Desktop is available to download from
http://www.gvsig.com/en/products/gvsig-desktop/downloads

There are installable and portable versions.

In addition, about gvSIG training, the gvSIG manual is available here:
http://downloads.gvsig.org/download/web/en/build/html/index.html

and there are several free courses where you can get the certification:
- GIS for municipality management:
https://blog.gvsig.org/2018/03/12/gis-applied-to-municipality-management-certification-and-links-to-the-complete-course/

- GIS applied to criminology:
https://blog.gvsig.org/2018/05/16/certification-of-the-free-course-about-crime-mapping-gis-for-criminology/

and without certification:
