[Gvsig_english] installation problem with GVSIG desktop 2.5.1

Hi.
I try to install gvSIG-desktop-2.5.1-3046-final-win-x86_64-standard.exe on
Windows 10, but during the installation process I have the attached error.

The software worked correctly in the past, but during the last months it
doesn't start anymore so I try to re-install it, but the error described
above appears.
