[Gvsig_usuarios] definición de sistema de coordenadas

Hola a todos,
 
Sigo con problemas al tratar de definir el sistema de coordenadas de una vista (desde propiedades).  El sistema en cuestión es:
NAD83, NC State Plane Coordinate System, Feet (ESRI Code 32119).  Al escoger este sistema y clicar "OK" gvSIG se cierra dandome un error.  Les adjunto el fichero log.
