[Gvsig_usuarios] Instalar Gvsig

Hola Amigos:

Me podrìan ayudar por favor a instalar  Gvsig 1.1 en Linux Ubuntu, uso las
lineas de comando

root en felix-laptop:/home/felix# apt-get install gvSIG-1_1_1-linux-i586-withjre.bin

y responde:
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree      
Reading state information... Done
E: Couldn't find package gvSIG-1_1_1-linux-i586-withjre.bin

Tengo Gvsig en la carpeta home/felix/descargas
