Hola, 
 
intenta hacer esto:
 
- reinicia tu PDA
- elimina la carpeta \phoneme de tu PDA
- descarga este ZIP y descomprímelo en tu PC
- copia la carpeta phoneme que hay dentro del ZIP a la raiz de tu PDA (es decir, sustituye la que habia antes)
- reinicia tu PDA
- intenta iniciar ahora gvSIG Mobile
 
Sigue pasando lo mismo?

Ah ok gracias, solamente comienza a cargarlo, sale una ventana azul que dice MOBILE(en la "O" esta el icono de gvsig) y hasta ahi llega no hace nada mas, les adjunto los txt:

Mas especificamente es un Omnia ii, tiene Windows Mobile 6.1, y lo instale con gvSIG_Mobile_Pilot-0.2-WM5-withPhoneME.cab <ftp://downloads.gvsig.org/gva/descargas_mobile/binarios/gvSIG_Mobile_Pilot-0.2-WM5-withPhoneME.cab>
