[Gvsig_usuarios] error al reinstalar gvsig 1.9 despues de quitar extension carreteras

Hola,

-No necesitas clave, es que han quitado la información porque parece ser 
que hay un instalador nuevo de sextante, con el que no es necesario 
seguir esos pasos, lo han mencionado hace nada en la lista 
internacional, te copio los e-mail [1], en los que indican el enlace 
para bajar el instalador nuevo de sextante, pero resumiendo el enlace es:

-Por otra parte, si, me refiero a que reinstales todo incluido el gvSIG.

Hi Simon,
I don't publish these instructions because they are another (very) 
temporary fix.
Furthermore, I'm very busy today... and so the costs divided by benefits 
are not convenient!  ;)
