[Gvsig_usuarios] problemas de instalación

no he logrado instalar el gvSIG 2.1 b 2269.
OS: windosw xp
instalador: gvSIG-desktop-2.1.0-2269-final-win-x86-standard-withjre.exe
me arroja el siguiente error

Alguien podría orientarme?
