[Gvsig_usuarios] HELP no permite grabar y cerrar correctamente, incluso no se abre

Hola, lamentablemente otro caso que adjunto, no permite salvarlo correctamente, ni tampoco abrirlo, envio el archivo y el log, gracias un saludo CarlosAgrim. PG.
